Shout-out to mathematician Matt McCurdy who took 3rd (34:45) in the Tallahassee Springtime 10K this morning. Best of luck as he continues competing in the Gulf Winds Track Club Grand Prix. FDTC Opens TF Season

FDTC athletes Victor Pataky and Emily Niehaus opened the 2017 track and field season this weekend at the Rhodes Invite in Memphis. Pataky used this meet as a competition rust-buster running the men’s 5K in 15:33.70 and 4:25.70 in the mile. Pataky FTW & FDTC Turkey Trot

While most were sleeping on Thanksgiving morning, Victor Pataky toured the cloudy Columbus 5-mile Turkey Trot course in 24:59.2 (results), barely dipping under 5:00 per mile average. FDTC Drives Toward Finish

Today FDTC President & Founder, Emily Niehaus, drove Van #2 of The Waka Flocka Flames to 19th place overall (and 8th in the Mixed-Open division!!!) out of 423 teams! The Waka Flocka Flames covered 200+ miles of the beautiful Bourbon Trail in 25 hours 42 minutes and 2 seconds. Click here for complete results.
